Return window

Eligible products can be returned within the return window shown on the product page, counted from the date of delivery.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products, lingerie and earrings may not be returnable. This is shown on each product page.

How to request a return

1. Go to My Account → Orders
2. Open the delivered order and select Request Return
3. Choose items, quantity and reason

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item passes quality check, typically within 5–7 business days.
