Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on redheerafashion.com, operated by Red Heera Fashion (Proprietor: Priyanka G S), Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Order cancellation

• You can cancel an order before it is dispatched from My Account → Orders, or by contacting us. A full refund is issued to the original payment method.
• Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it after delivery as described below.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if the order appears fraudulent. In such cases you receive a full refund.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn, in the same condition in which you received it
• Returned with its original packaging, tags, pouch/box and any free items
• Accompanied by the order number

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, earrings, nose pins and toe rings are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective or different from what was ordered. Return eligibility is shown on each product page.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/an unboxing video of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free pickup and a replacement or full refund.

How to request a return

1. Go to My Account → Orders.
2. Open the delivered order and select Request return.
3. Choose the items, quantity and reason, and submit.

Our team reviews requests within 2 business days. Once approved, we arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable; otherwise we share the address for self-shipping.
